Mohamed Tekkala elected president of Libyan High Council of State
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - Mohamed Takkala on Sunday won the election for president of the High Council of State, an advisory body acting as the Senate, with 59 votes, during an election session attended by 95 of the 145 members
