Ethiopian PM: Megadam 'closes era of begging for handout'

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy on Tuesday hailed his countrymen and women for the construction of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) saying it has "closed the era of the country begging for a handout"
