Ivorian govt. carries out minor cabinet reshuffle

Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso (PANA) - The Ivorian President, Alassane Ouattara, on Monday carried out a minor cabinet reshuffle, PANA learned from official sources.

Under the arrangement, the president and prime minister, Hamed Bakayoko, named a few new ministers while others retained their portfolios.

According to the sources, the following ministers were appointed by the president -

Minister of State, Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic: Patrick Achi.

Minister, Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic: Fidèle Gboroton Sarassoro.

Minister, Deputy Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, in charge of the Coordination of Major Projects: Claude Isaac De.

The other Ministers of the Presidency retained their portfolios.

Under the Prime minister's list of new ministers are -

Minister of Budget and State Portfolio: Moussa Sanogo.
Minister for the Promotion of Private Investment: Emmanuel Esmel Essis.

The other Ministers and Secretaries of State of the Government remained in their positions.
