IGAD condemns terrorist attack, sends condolences to Somali people and Government

Khartoum, Sudan (PANA)- The Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) on Friday condemned the terror attack that resulted in the death of the Governor of Banadir Region and the Mayor of Mogadishu Abdirahman Omar Osman
