US, Germany welcome consensus between Libyan military committee members on permanent ceasefire

Tripoli, Libya (PANA)  - The German minister of foreign affairs, Heiko Maas, and the US embassy in Libya Monday indicated their pleasure that members of the Libyan joint 5+5 military committee had agreed on a permanent ceasefire, an official source said
