UN official released by Tunis arrives in Germany

Tunis, Tunisia (PANA)  -  Moncef Kartas, the UN official arrested for espionage and released here Tuesday by the Tunisian authorities, arrived Wednesday evening in Germany where he holds German nationality in addition to that of his country of origin, Tunisia, an official source said
