Two Malian clubs to play in African clubs competitions on Sunday

Bamako, Mali (PANA) - Two Malian clubs will on Sunday play in the top African clubs competitions at home and away.

Stade Malien de Bamako will play Ashanti Golden Boy in Guinea on Sunday in the Champions League preliminaries while Yeelen Olympique de Bamako will welcome at the Stade du 26 mars, Nigerien side US Gendarmerie in the preliminaries of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Cup.

Yeleen Olympique will be participating in an African competition for the first time and, according to coach Mohamed Camara, their goal is to make an "honourable start".
