Tunis hosts 37th session of Arab Interior Ministers on Sunday

Tunis, Tunisia (PANA) - The 37th session of the Council of Interior Ministers of Arab countries will be held on Sunday in Tunis, PANA learnt from the Tunisian Ministry of Interior on Saturday.

 

Representatives of the League of Arab States, the Arab Maghreb Union, the Arab Radio Union, the Cooperation Council for the Arab Gulf States, the European Union and the International Police Organization "Interpol" are expected at the meeting.


Alsodue to attend the meeting are representatives of the UN Office for Combating Terrorism, the UN Office on Drugs and Crime, the organization 'Europol', the Project to Combat Terrorism for the Middle East and North Africa region and the Arab Police Sports Union.


Several issues are on the agenda of the session, including the revision of the criteria for inclusion or removal from the black Arab list of perpetrators, instigators or financiers of terrorist acts and the creation of a work team responsible for observing terrorist threats and conduct rapid analyzes of terrorist acts.
