Tropical Cyclone Eloise transitions into low pressure storm over southern Africa

Harare, Zimbabwe (PANA) - The Eloise weather system is passing over Botswana, after bringing heavy rains to central Mozambique, south-eastern Zimbabwe and northern South Africa, according to the latest flash update by the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA)
