Togolese cities host 12th edition of Filbleu March 18-23

Lomé, Togo (PANA) - The 12th edition of the International Festival of Blue Fireflies (Filbleu), which is an annual gathering of French-speaking actors from the world of theater and music, will hold from March 18 to 23, PANA learned from sources close to the festival organizers this Monday in Lomé
