Sudan scoffs at ICC

Addis Ababa- Ethiopia (PANA) -- A Sudanese envoy, Mr Akuei Malwal, said here on Sunday that his government would ratify and implement all African Union (AU) and United Nations (UN) resolutions to end the crisis in the country's Western Darfur region, but will defy current attempts by the International Criminal Court (ICC) to arrest President Omar el-Bashir
