Stephanie Williams praises Fayez al-Sarraj’s "courageous decision" to hand over power to new authority in Libya

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The acting special representative of the UN Secretary-General for Libya, Stephanie Williams, Thursday lauded the decision by the chairman of the presidential council of the Libyan Government of National Accord, Fayez al-Sarraj, to hand over power to a new executive authority by the end of October this year
