Accra, June 12 (PANA) - Ghana’s minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey said here Friday security and economic challenges in the Sahel were militating against socio-economic development of the ECOWAS region, local media reports monitored by PANA here said
