Rwandan President Kagame appoints new State Minister for Agriculture

Kigali, Rwanda (PANA) -  Rwandan President Paul Kagame on Tuesday appointed a former university lecturer and Member of Parliament, Dr Jean Chrysostome Ngabitsinze, as new State Minister in charge of Agriculture in the Ministry of Agriculture.

 

The former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Feza Urujeni Bakuramutsa has been appointed as new Director of Cabinet in the Office of the President.

 

Bakuramutsa replaces Ines Mpambara who occupied this senior position involving direct collaboration with President Paul Kagame – making her the longest serving official in that role since September 2009.
