Rise of organized crime in southern Libya blamed on absence of state authority


Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - Libyan Prosecutor General Seddik al-Sour said here Monday that investigations conducted by the prosecution revealed a high level of activity of organized crime networks in the south of the country due to the absence of state authority and lack of cooperation among its institutions
