Preparations undeway by Libya and ISESCO to declare Benghazi capital of culture of the Islamic world

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The Libyan Minister of Education in the Unity Government, Moussa al-Mageryef, held talks with the Director General of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), Salem bin Mohamed al-Malik, on preparations to declare the eastern city of Benghazi the Capital of Culture of the Islamic World
