Dakar, Senegal (PANA) - The head of the European Union Election Observation Mission (EU EOM), Malin Björk, has welcomed the attitude of the other candidates in congratulating the winner of last Sunday's presidential election in Senegal, which has contributed greatly to a "peaceful post-election climate"
