Over 278,000 Libyans internally displaced, says IOM

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - A total of 278,177 Libyans have been internally displaced by violence and conflict, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) said in a report released on Friday as the country celebrates the 10th anniversary of the 17 February revolution
