Libyan officials discuss plan to finance micro handicraft projects for 25,000 youth

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The High Committee of the Libyan Credit Guarantee Fund has examined a proposal for a micro-projects financing plan which aims to support and enable 25,000 young Libyans to carry out handicraft projects
