Libyan Prime Minister signs Paris Agreement on Climate Change

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - Libyan Prime Minister Abdelhamid al-Dbaiba on Sunday signed the procedures of the Ministry of Environment on the approval of the referral of the Paris Agreement on Climate Change to Parliament for ratification, in order for the country to officially join countries that have ratified the agreement
