Libyan Parliament approves by an absolute majority amendment to Constitutional Declaration

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The Libyan Parliament on Thursday approved by an absolute majority the inclusion of an amendment to the Constitutional Declaration, the legal text organising power in Libya, as a prelude to the opening of a consensus with the High State Council to revise the draft Constitution leading to elections in a period not exceeding 14 months
