Libyan FM, UN Deputy Secretary-General discuss Libyan elections

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - Libya's Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Najla al-Mangouch on Tuesday held a meeting in Tripoli with the UN Under-Secretary-General for Political Affairs, Rosemary DiCarlo,  with their discussions focusing on the organisation of December's presidential and parliamentary elections
