Libya elected vice-president of the executive board of AU’s financial, planning and economic affairs

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) – The third ministerial conference of the African Union’s specialized technical committee on finances, planning, economy and integration, held from 4 to 8 March in the Cameroonian capital, Douala, elected Libya as vice-president of the committee’s executive board.

 

The Libyan delegation in that conference included the director of the judicial affairs department of the ministry of Finance, Msadagh al-Hafi, and the director of companies and technical cooperation, Abdelhakim al-Misrati, a communiqué issued on Friday on the website of the ministry of Finance said.

 

According to the communique, participants discussed the reports made by experts and held working sessions on public policies for productive transformation, the strengthening of the private sector and the regional integration strategies to make recommendations and decisions aiming to activate the continental job of member countries.
