Libya crisis at center of talks in Doha between Emir of Qatar and Libyan foreign affairs, Interior ministers

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The Emir of Qatar, Tamim Ben Hamad Al Thani, Monday held talks in Doha with Libyan ministers of Foreign Affairs and Interior, Mohamed Taher Siala and Fathi Bachagha, on the situation in Libya, official sources told PANA here
