Libya at center of telephone interview between Tunisian and Algerian presidents

Tunis, Tunisia (PANA) - Tunisian President Kais Saied and Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune Monday held talks on phone over the situation in Libya and bilateral relations between their two countries.

The Algerian president welcomed the Libyan-Libyan dialogue under the aegis of the United-Nations due November in Tunis, the Tunisian presidency said on its official website.

President Saied expressed his satisfaction with Algeria’s constant position, saying “the coordination between the Algerian brothers is part of the constants of the Tunisian diplomacy".

The two parties also discussed the visit to be made by the Algerian president to Tunisia after the adoption of the new Algerian constitution through referendum to be held in early November.
