Head of Sudan’s collective Presidency in Doha for for emergency Arab-Islamic summit

Port Sudan, Sudan (PANA) - The head of the Sudanese collective Presidency, Lt-Gen. Abdel Fatah Al-Burhan, arrived in Doha, Qatar, on Monday to take part in the emergency Islamic- Arab summit called by the  Qatari government to look for the way forward after the Israeli air attack on the Gulf country.

The summit is set to kick off the same day,with  participation of leaders of the member states of the Arab League and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation.

The summit will discuss the repercussions of the Israeli attack on Qatar.

The Sudanese Presidency said Gen. Burhan is accompanied by Mohieddin Salem Ahmed Ibrahim,Sudan’s newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Lt' Gen. Ahmed Ibrahim Mufadal, Director of the General Intelligence Service.
