Guinean gov't cracks down on logging, timber trafficking

Conakry, Guinea (PANA) - The Guinean government says it banned the logging and transport of wood before July 2, the start of the three-month reforestation period, because of "the damaging effects of climate change", a result of man's actions on the country's vegetation cover
