German ambassador calls for peaceful transfer of power in Libya

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) –  German Ambassador in Libya, Oliver Owcza, has hailed the announcement by the Libyan Presidential Council Chairman, Fayez al-Sarraj, on his intention to hand over duties to the new executive authority supposed to be formed by the national dialogue committee, and called on "all Libyan parties to ensure legitimate and peaceful transfer of power
