German FM unveils objectives of Berlin Conference on Libya

Tripoli, Libya (PANA)  -  The German minister of foreign affairs, Heiko Maas, said Wednesday that “the Berlin deal” that will be adopted during the International Berlin Conference on Libya aims “to sap the capacity of the warring parties in Libya to carry on the military conflict in the mid and short term” in a bid to pave way for the UN-backed political process
