Five Western countries welcome Libyan EC's publication of sponsorship form for polls

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The embassies of five Western countries on Monday welcomed the publication by the High National Electoral Commission (HNEC) of the required sponsorship forms for presidential and parliamentary candidates
