Fifth Tunisia Digital Summit topens in Tunis

Tunis, Tunisia (PANA) - The fifth Tunisia digital summit opened here Wednesday on the theme "Challenges of post Covid-19 digital change", drawing 500 participants and others virtually.
The Summit aims to equip participants to be knowledgeable about the latest developments and innovations, as well as the technological changes in the domains of artificial intelligence and cybernetic and communication security.
Several speeches are expected during the summit which will also be marked by a presentation on growing companies and enterprises in the sector of new technologies.
The two-day summit will also look at the digitalization of administrations, financial institutions and issues linked to growing enterprising and its importance in the change of sectors such as agriculture, industry and trade.  
Opening the proceedings, Tunisian Prime Minister Hichem Mechichi said "Tunisia today has means to be leader in the domain of digitalization in Africa and in the Arab world".
The organizer, Skandar Haddar, announced that preparations were underway to hold in the months to come an edition entitled "Libya Digital Summit".
