FIFA disburses $4 million to Tunisian Football Federation

Tunis, Tunisia (PANA) - The International Football Federation (FIFA) will pay Tunisian Football Federation (FTF) 11 million dinars, (about US$ 4 million), to cover costs of completing the Federation's hotel and its medical centre and contribute to the realization of other future projects, FTF announced on Friday.

The announcement follows a visit to Tunisia this week by a FIFA inspection delegation comprising FIFA Development Programme Director Céline Zigaul, Programme Coordinator Abigail Mitchell, and Architectural Engineering Advisor Issa Amadou.

During its stay, the delegation learned about FTF's development projects and met the Minister of Youth and Sports, Sihem Ayadi, and the President of the Tunisian Federation, Wadii Jari.
