EgyptAir resumes Sudan flights

Cairo, Egypt (PANA) - Egypt's national carrier, EgyptAir, resumed its flights on Sunday evening between Cairo and Khartoum, the Sudanese capital, after a suspension of several days.

The airline cancelled all its flights to the Sudanese capital due to the insecurity following the political and security turmoil there with pro-democracy protesters clashing with the police.

On the other hand, Sudanese airlines maintained their flights to Cairo, although they were often delayed.
