ECOWAS notes continued points of disagreement in Ivorian electoral process

Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso (PANA) - The mission of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) said here Monday it had noted the persistence of points of disagreement in the Ivorian electoral process
