Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The approaches of the two assemblies in Libya, the House of Representatives (Parliament) and the High State Council, an advisory body, towards various decisive political issues, particularly the adoption of legislation for the upcoming elections on 24 December, have turned into a tug of war
