Cape Verde allocates pension to victims of mistreatment under unique party regime

Praia, Cape Verde (PANA)   -  The Cape Verdean government has submitted to parliament a draft bill that grants pension of 75,000 Cape Verdean Escudos (678 Euros) to victims of torture and mistreatment on the islands of Sao Vicente in 1977 and Santo Antao in 1981, under the country’s one party regime, official sources said here
