Biden's 10-Year Plan supports Libyans' aspirations to achieve stability, says US envoy to Libya

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - US Special Envoy to Libya, Ambassador Richard Norland, said here Saturday the Ten-Year Conflict Prevention Strategy Plan presented by the Joe Biden Administration to Congress for countries in conflict "is based on constructive partnerships and community-based programmes that support the Libyan people's aspirations to achieve stability and accountable governance"
