Benin to build 'ministerial city' in Cotonou

Cotonou, Benin (PANA) - The Benin government will soon build a "ministerial city" in Cotonou, the economic capital, to house the offices of ministers, the Ministry of Living Environment and Sustainable Development said on Monday
