Algeria deplores "proxy" war in Libya

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - Algeria has expressed regret over the conflicting international and regional agendas in Libya, saying that the conflicts have kept Libya in a state of anarchy and makes it the scene of a proxy war and an arena for settling accounts at the expense of Libyans
