Agreement signed for construction of oil refinery in southern Libya

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - Libya's state-owned oil and gas exploration and production company, Zallaf, signed Sunday a contract with the US consortium, Honeywell-UOP, to build an oil refinery in southern Libya to process about 30,000 barrels of oil per day
