Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - Not content with having served as a blocking element in the new political transition that has taken place in Libya, thanks to the inter-Libyan consensus in the framework of the Political Dialogue Forum on the adoption of a roadmap leading to the elections of 24 December, the head of the Libyan national army, Marshal Khalifa Haftar recently threw a paving stone in the pond by reiterating his refusal to accept to be subjected to any authority in the country
