Africa may not attain SDGs eleven years to the deadline - ECA

Marrakesh, Morocco (PANA) – The deputy executive secretary of the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), Mrs Giovanni Biha, has painted a gloomy picture of the attainment of the sustainable development goals (SDGs) by African countries, saying eleven years to the deadline, there's a marked slowdown in the implementation process
