Abidjan stock market closes Wednesday trading up

Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire (PANA)  -  The Abidjan-based stock market (BRVM) closed Wednesday trading up, with the BRVM 10 index rising from 124.25 to 126.98 points or a 2.20 percent decrease while the BRVM Composite index gained 1.57 percent to 134.19 points as against 132.12 points previously.

The volume of transactions stood at 261,551,165 CFAF for 128,050 traded securities on the share market, while that of the bond market stood at 17,981,000 CFAF for 1,799 traded securities.

Share market capitalization amounted to 4,031,782,433,676 CFAF while the bond market stood at 5,048,296,703,658 CFAF.

Sicable (Côte d’Ivoire) recorded the highest gain with a daily evolution of 6.25 percent while the least traded security was recorded by Sucrivoire (Côte d’Ivoire) with a daily drop of 7.21 percent.
