Abidjan stock market closes Wednesday trading down

Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire (PANA)  -  The Abidjan-based stock market (BRVM) closed Wednesday trading down, compared with the previous session, as the BRVM 10 index dropped from 135.35 points to 135.13 points or a 0.16 percent decrease, while the BRVM Composite index gained 0.06 percent to 141.78 points against 141.70 points previously.

The volume of transactions stood at 125,890,540 CFAF for 375,687 traded securities on the share market, while on the bond market, it stood at 3,139,800 CFAF for 314 traded securities.

Share market capitalization amounted to 4,220,788,822,360 CFAF while the bond market stood at 4,015,052,590,031 CFAF.

Tractafic Motors (Côte d’Ivoire) recorded the highest gain with a daily evolution of 7.43 percent while the least traded security was recorded by Safca (Côte d’Ivoire) with a daily drop of 7.23 percent.
