Abidjan stock market closes Tuesday trading up
Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire (PANA) - The Abidjan-based stock market (BRVM) closed Tuesday trading up, with the BRVM 10 index rising from 121.06 to 122.98 points or a 1.59 per cent decrease while the BRVM Composite index gained 0.92 per cent to 129.81 points as against 128.63 points previously.
The volume of transactions stood at 212,383,105 CFAF for 83,002 traded securities on the share market while that of the bond market stood at 3,017,569,759 CFAF for 307,023 traded securities.
Share market capitalization amounted to 3,900,127,202.121 CFAF while the bond market stood at 5,080,629,650.371 CFAF.
Air Liquide (Côte d’Ivoire) recorded the highest gain with a daily evolution of 7.50 per cent while the least traded security was recorded by Smb (Côte d’Ivoire) with a daily drop of 7.35 per cent.
