Abidjan stock market closes Tuesday trading up
Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire (PANA) - The Abidjan-based stock market (BRVM) closed Tuesday trading up, with the BRVM rising from 136.42 points to 137.24 points or a 0.60 percent increase while the BRVM Composite index gained 0.44 percent to 146.37 points as against 145.73 points previously.
The volume of transactions stood at 146,907,225 CFAF for 308,402 traded securities on the share market, while that of the bond market stood at 41,910,850 CFAF for 4,212 traded securities.
Share market capitalization amounted to 4,357,220,926,491 CFAF while the bond market stood at 4,540,763,033,017 CFAF.
Saph (Côte d’Ivoire) recorded the highest gain with a daily evolution of 5.97 percent while the least traded security was recorded by Filtisac (Côte d’Ivoire) with a daily drop of 4.76 percent.
