Abidjan stock market closes Tuesday trading down

Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire (PANA)  -  The Abidjan-based stock market (BRVM) closed Tuesday trading down, compared with the previous session, as the BRVM 10 index dropped from 134.21 points to 133.94 points or a 0.20 percent decrease, while the BRVM Composite index lost 0.17 percent to 140.75 points against 140.99 points previously.

The volume of transactions stood at 1,034,992,687 CFAF for 134,965 traded securities on the share market, while on the bond market, it stood at 23,337,250 CFAF for 2,350 traded securities.

Share market capitalization amounted to 4,189,906,991,628 CFAF while the bond market stood at 4,013,346,957,131 CFAF.

Total (Senegal) recorded the highest gain with a daily evolution of 3.08 percent while the least traded security was recorded by Servair Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire) with a daily drop of 7.20 percent.
