Abidjan stock market closes Tuesday trading down

Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire (PANA)  -  The Abidjan-based stock market (BRVM) closed Tuesday trading down, compared with the previous session, as the BRVM 10 index dropped from 135.71 points to 135.35  points or a 0.27 percent decrease, while the BRVM Composite index lost 0.32 percent to 141.70 points against 142.15 points previously.

The volume of transactions stood at 69,021,985 CFAF for 43,904 traded securities on the share market, while on the bond market, it stood at 53,216,050 CFAF for 5,373 traded securities.

Share market capitalization amounted to 4,218,236,069,435 CFAF while the bond market stood at 4,015,052,590,031 CFAF.

Bank Of Africa (Mali) recorded the highest gain with a daily evolution of 5.45 percent while the least traded security was recorded by Uniwax (Côte d’Ivoire) with a daily drop of 7.46 percent.
