Abidjan stock market closes Friday trading down

Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire (PANA)  -  The Abidjan-based stock market (BRVM) closed Friday, 3 April, 2020, trading down, with the BRVM 10 index dropping from 125.58 points to 124.84 points or a 0.59 percent decrease while the BRVM Composite index lost 0.37 percent to 133.55 points as against 134.04 points previously.

The volume of transactions stood at 495,852,638 CFAF for 82,254 traded securities on the share market, while that of the bond market stood at 8,075,500 CFAF for 808 traded securities.

Share market capitalization amounted to 4,012,612,868,061 CFAF while the bond market stood at 4,776,449,308,430 CFAF.

Total (Senegal) recorded the highest gain with a daily evolution of 7.50 percent while the least traded security was recorded by Air Liquide (Côte d’Ivoire) with a daily drop of 6.25 percent.
