ANC candidate promises "deep political reforms" to establish rule of law in Togo

Lomé, Togo (PANA) - If elected in the 22 February presidential election, the candidate of National Alliance for Change (ANC) promises "deep political reforms" to establish the rule of law in Togo, the second party vice president Isabelle Manavi Améganvi said on Tuesday during a debate show on Jean-Pierre Fabre's candidacy, PANA reported
